They learn how to achieve sustainable cultural changes by working with mental models and social practices and how to establish principles for a new communication and leadership culture.

To systematically deepen the quality of relationships within your teams

You will learn how agile team development based on resonance works and how to use the results of the resonance analysis to derive concrete measures for improving team collaboration.

Innovative methods and exercises

As leaders or organizational developers, you practice how to create a safe space and positive energy in workshops and team dialogues and constructively resolve difficult conversation situations.
